While the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed our time by the pool, the incident that occurred during our stay has left a sour taste in my mouth. My friends and I stayed at this establishment from Wednesday to Sunday in a standard double Queen bedroom. I am deeply disappointed with my experience at the Palms Resort and Casino.
